At RinseKit, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your portable shower experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your RinseKit in its original packaging, ensuring all nozzles, hoses, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
